The UNA Project: a randomized controlled trial of the NBO among first time parents at risk of maternal postnatal depression

The project goal of this RCT is to test the impact of the NBO offered three times in the first month after birth to a population of first time parents screened in pregnancy and identified as at-risk for post natal depression. The main outcome measures are mother-infant interaction, infant development, parental stress and parental depression symptoms and maternal diagnosis of PND at infant age 4 months.
