In champagne, or whiskey or tea.
To his work with the Scale
Success without fail
A One Hundred Year Symphony

You may travel from Bonn to Shanghai,
Berry’s there with a glint in his eye,
Whether Full Term or Preemie
No matter how teeny
He’ll send parents away on a high
III
As he uses the Brazelton Scale
With Berry no baby can trail
He may never find tonus,
Babinski or clonus,
But each baby smiles back without fail!
IV
The NBAS, the NNNS and NBO,
And the Presidents Medal in tow,
As Mentor and Guide,
And clinician well-tried,
Is there anything left to bestow?
V

From Nagasaki to Lisbon to Maine
That the Tenth day of May
Is “Berry Brazelton Day”,
Sing “Sláinte” in choral acclaim
(Sláinte means “good health” in Irish, pronounced slawn-che)
